Chief Commander Howard G. Peck
Major (ret’d) Canadian Armed Forces died peacefully at the Hospice at May Court after a short battle with cancer on Saturday, June 25, 2005 in his 63rd year. Howard was the beloved life partner of Katherine Joan Feltham.
C/C Howard was the first CPS officer that I met who wasn’t a member of the Oiseau Rock Squadron. He and Joan visited with us at a Oiseau Rock Rendezvous while he was our District Commander. He was a great person and over the years, whenever I have had any dealings with him, I have been extremely impressed by his sincerity and dedication to CPS.
